Tickets FAQ

  • There is always a chance that the event will sell out, in which case no more tickets will be sold. So, get your tickets now—we want to make sure you don’t miss out!

    Remember! Buying your tickets early, allows you to save lots of $$$, and helps us put this whole thing together! Without your support, this would not be possible for our community!

  • Single Day Tickets are ONSALE NOW

  • Credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • GA & VIP Tickets are limited to four (4) Per Person.

    4 Packs are limited to one (1) Per Person.

    SUPER VIP are limited to two (2) Per Person.

  • Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Tixr.

  • The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from TIXR. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

  • Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.

  • Yes, there will be a dedicated ride share lot. However, ride share availability will be limited in the area. Stay tuned for map.

  • All ages are welcome. 16+ .
    Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian over the age of 21.

    Children aged 10 and under are admitted FREE if accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian. Due to safety concerns, we cannot admit more than 2 children per supervising parent or guardian.

    Strollers are welcome for children under the age of 5, although we STRONGLY discourage them due to crowds, security, and foot traffic.

  • The following conditions are for guests entering the venue:

    All guests must have an official SUNDOWN wristband worn on their wrist.

    All guests and their belongings are subject to search.

    Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned.

    Allowed and prohibited lists are subject to change.

    No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed in or around the venue.

    SUNDOWN and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-­allowed items.

  • Yes, please fill out the form at sundownalaska.com/volunteer.
    Volunteers receive 1(one) - 3 Day Pass when they signup to volunteer at the festival. They must work a total of 3(three) - 4-hour shifts at the festival, which will be selected at random. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

  • Email sundown@showdown.live with all media inquiries or questions.

  • Wristbands cannot be removed and must be worn all three days for entry into the festival.

    Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will be denied entry.

  • The 3-day passes must be used by the same person on all 3 days.

  • Yes. Please contact TIXR Support to inquire about upgrading to VIP, SUPER VIP.

  • Wristbands will be delivered at time of arrival to Festival when you scan your pass. They will also be available for early pickup at the will call & box office site of the festival 48 hours prior to the festival opening.

  • Wristbands are non-­transferable, non­-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced.

  • Yes. During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Set times will also appear on the festival guide you receive upon entry. Note: The lineup is subject to change.

  • Yes, we will post festival maps closer to the festival on our website, social media.

  • Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is only a few miles from the Festival!

  • Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

  • SUNDOWN is a cashless event. Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay will be accepted. Cash can be used onsite with some limited merchants.
